Navigate RMA is driven by Dave Brimble, who has a passion for delivering exceptional consultancy services and crafting innovative solutions for his clients. He takes pride in a collaborative work ethic and is committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and expertise in every project he undertakes. David is a highly experienced RMA and LGA compliance practitioner with over 25 years experience working in the compliance and enforcement environment. He has held senior roles at Auckland Council such as Senior Monitoring Officer (Compliance Monitoring), Senior Advisor (Bylaws and Compliance) and Principal Specialist (Regulatory Compliance). He has specialised in providing specialised technical advice, policy development and the operationalising of policy intent into operational procedure manuals, training of staff and championing best practice development.
His dedication to targeting enforcement processes based on greatest harms and developing fit-for-purpose compliance strategies, plus his desire to see compliance professionals develop their skills, means he is more than able to support clients with all their RMA, LGA and minor Building Act regulatory compliance needs.
